ELA's before and after school programs are open to students in junior kindergarten to grade 6.
The following items are required to complete registration:
$25 registration fee (paid by e-transfer) for non-CWELCC children.
$200 refundable fee deposit (to be returned upon withdrawal with 30 days notice and no outstanding balance)
Completed online registration with consent forms
Signed PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) agreement with void cheque or direct deposit bank information form.
Children may be added to the waitlist on OneHSN for September 2027 before and after school care as of Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Any applications prior to this date will be removed.
